Google Tasks
Using Google Keep is easy and you can access it from any device that's connected to the internet. Go to keep.google.com while signed in to Google to see, create and edit your lists. To create new lists straight away you can go to keep.new and a new list will show up for you to edit.
Changing the colors in your calendar is a simple way to keep you organized.
- Click on the three dots next to the calendar you wish to change the color on.
- Choose a color or click on the plus at the bottom of the color selection and enter in your own custom color by using a hex code.
- Your calendar color has now been changed.
Other sites not in Google to help you stay organized:
Focus to Do a time and task management application
Just Focus - a Google Chrome Extension that blocks distracting websites that suck up your time and you can set a timer for it
Focus 45 - a Google Chrome Extension that locks down distracting websites for 45 minutes.
One Big Thing - an app that is only for Apple users that will help you focus on your biggest tasks for the day.
Stayfocusd a Google Chrome Extension to help you stay focused.
OneDrive Like Google Drive but can be accessed by others that do not have to have the same kind of account.
Don't forget you can always set a timer by just typing into Google: Set time for ____ minutes and a timer will start. Fair warning, if your volume is turned up, it'll be LOUD.
Until next time.
Beth
